Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local government.

These fees are not collected by Bespoken at checkout. They are usually billed by your carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service) before delivery.

Production & Shipping Times

Products are made to order in the US which takes about 3-6 business days depending on the time of year.

After your products are produced, international delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Please allow extra time for customs clearance, which may vary by country.

At this time, international orders are final sale (due to high costs of return shipping).
