Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their local government.

  • These fees are not collected by Bespoken at checkout. They are usually billed by your carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service) before delivery.

  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for estimated costs.

Production & Shipping Times

  • Products are made to order in the US which takes about 3-6 business days depending on the time of year.

  • After your products are produced, international delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

  • Please allow extra time for customs clearance, which may vary by country.

Currency & Payment

  • All prices on our site are listed in USD.

  • Your payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee.

Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time, international orders are final sale (due to high costs of return shipping).
