Returns Policy
We hope you absolutely love your Bespoken pieces—but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If that’s the case, here’s how returns work:
Returns Only
At this time, we only accept returns. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order for the item you’d like. We’ll process a refund for your returned item once it arrives back to us.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of your delivery date.

All original tags (if applicable) must still be attached.
How to Return

Email us at hello@wearbespoken.com with your order number, the items you’re returning and why, as well as your return tracking number once your package is on its way.

Include a short note inside your return package with your order number and the items you’re returning.

Costs & Refunds

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We will refund your order (minus any original shipping cost, if applicable) once the return is received and inspected.

We do not charge restocking fees.
Final Sale Items
All sale, seasonal/holiday, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
